Prints are laminated with the use of precise laminator Mistral 1650 of French company Kala. Possibility of cold lamination of prints or lamination on heated rollers. The machine features Cround Roller technology, which gives perfect even distribution of pressure on the whole length of rollers. This ensures lamination without wrinkles in 100%.

Self-adhesive calendared monomeric laminates Avery DOL 3000 ensure attractive finish of the print. Compatible with monomeric and polymeric film. They ensure resistance to mechanical damage, UV radiation and good transparency. Finish in gloss, permanent adhesive, 80 µm thick.

Anti-graffiti laminate ORAGUARD® 372

Self-adhesive polyester film, 23 µm thick, with gloss, anti-graffiti surface. Film for long-term advertisement, equipped with solvent permanent adhesive. UV filter applied in the film allows for increase in lifetime of print colours.

Liquid lamination of large-format prints

For width of 150 cm we laminate with the use of Ez-Glide laminator, which ensures perfect distribution of laminate on the surface giving the even protective coating of about 50 microns. Lamination can be repeated after 12 hours gaining even coating of about 100 microns. Above the width of 150cm manual lamination is applied.

Liquid laminate TRIANGLE® D320 – D321 ClearFlex ME

Laminate of American company INX Digital TRIANGLE® D320 (gloss) and D321 (satin) are very durable products with the intended purpose to protect ink prints against UV radiation, abrasion, scratch. They are characterised by high resistance to abrasion. Laminated car graphics are safe even during washing in automatic car wash. Liquid laminate TRIANGLE® set new high standards of quality of liquid laminate: block 99% of radiation using the latest methods of protection against UV, UVA (Ultra Violet Absorber) and HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers) radiation. Caution: we do not recommend for lamination of paper material or wallpapers.
