Monomeric (short- and medium-term) self-adhesive film for flat surfaces:
Avery® MPI seria 3000 is a monomeric film 95 mic of very good quality. Available in versions: gloss white or matt white and gloss transparent.
Avery® is a world leader in production of monomeric self-adhesive film with permanent adhesive. Perfect for print of high quality. It is characterised by simple application on flat surface and light embossing, perfect adhesion to surface such as: PVC, zinc plated sheet, glass. In case of high exposure to UV and damage we recommend lamination with laminate dedicated to the film Avery® DOL seria 3000 (gloss or matt), which will protect our print against mechanical damage perfectly.
Application: Short- and medium-term plates and signboards - glass stickers, Plexiglas, PVC, zinc plated sheet, shop windows. Cost-effective application for wrapping of cars with flat surface (e.g. commercial vehicles without embossing), applied often for cost-effective wrapping of buses and trams.

Neschen EASY DOT Mat is film enabling easy and fast application without participation of a group of specialists - even at wrapping large surface! In case of faulty covering, the film gives possibility of amendment with no harm to the final effect. It can be reapplied a number of times with no loss of adhesive properties of the material. Material perfect for application on: P.O.S., shopping windows, fair stands of PVC, interior and furniture decoration, interior advertisement and signage. PVC monomeric film 100 µm thick. Available in white: gloss or matt and clear mat. Dedicated to print with latex ink. High quality of colours, for application on straight and slightly curved surface. Very flexible. Strong adhesive of the film does not react chemically in contact with ink. Point adhesive Easy Dot gives the product subtle effect of carbon structure which will disappear over time. After several weeks the adhesive will spread all over the surface evenly and the sticker will become perfectly flat.
It has a special DOT adhesive - the adhesive enables easy application without bubbles and possible moving the application in another place without loss of adhesive properties of the material.
The film has B1 and M1 non-combustibility approvals.
Caution!
In case of this film, protection with liquid laminate AMT ART Verniks is used.
Application: Material perfect for application on: P.O.S., shopping windows, fair stands of PVC, interior and furniture decoration, interior advertisement and signage. The film can be also applied as self-adhesive photo wallpaper.

Monomeric calendered film on flat surface (also on walls - as photo wallpaper)
3M™ Scotchcal™ Graphic Film IJ25-10R i IJ25-20R is a monomeric, calendered medium-term film for digital print, 100 μm (mic). Removable acrylic adhesive. It ensures perfect durability and quality of print. It is recommended on requiring both interior and outside exposures for print in latex technology. One of the main advantages of the film is possibility of its usage and easy application without laminate (due to rigidity of the film). Durability of the film without laminate up to 3 years. It can be laminated with Laminatem Avery® DOL 3000 or polymer laminate Ikonos Profiflex LAM-PRO MPT/MPG (MPT-matt/MPG-gloss) LP75+, which will protect the print perfectly and increase its lifetime, at exposure outside (the manufacturer recommends more expensive laminate: 3M™ Scotchcal™ 40-114 series gloss transparent, 40-124 matt transparent).

3M™ Controltac™ Print Film 40C-10R and 40C-20R is polymer medium-term film for digital print, 85 μm (mic). Acrylic, removable or permanent, grey or transparent adhesive of Comply™ type. Durability 7 years. Extensibility 130%.
3M™ Controltac™ Print Film 40C – Ensures perfect durability and quality of print. It is recommended on requiring both interior and outside exposures for print in latex technology e.g. car graphics, outdoor advertising, decorative graphics on glass. One of the main advantages of the film is offering high quality, no problems with print regardless of colour saturation. Film durability up to 7 years. Polymer film Ikonos Profiflex PRO GPT P80+ is a cost-effective and relatively cheap solution of the Polish manufacturer. Durability 5-7 years. White polymer PVC film of the highest quality for medium-term outdoor and long-term interior applications. The film ensures high quality of print and very good colour reproduction. 80 microns thick, Finish: gloss white with transparent permanent adhesive. We recommend lamination with Laminatem Avery® DOL 3000 or polymer laminate Ikonos Profiflex LAM-PRO MPT/MPG LP75+, which will protect the print perfectly and increase its lifetime at exposure outside.

Car cast film for embossing:
Cast film Ikonos Cast 38 is a cost-effective and relatively cheap solution of the Polish manufacturer. White, finished in gloss of 50 microns thick - self-adhesive cast film for car applications, with grey adhesive, for application in full 3D, with increased amount of adhesive for application in the most difficult places. Very good properties of ink absorption and a wide gamut of colours. Exposure durability about 5 years. To this film, the manufacturer recommends using cast laminate of 50 microns LamCast Ikonos (transparent - gloss).
Application: Long-term full-colour graphics on vehicles, means of transport. Also used at large formats. It can be applied on flat, embossed and also riveted ground.

3M™ Controltac™ IJ180Cv3-10 Comply™ v3 is the comprehensive cast film of the highest quality of 50 microns thick, for digital print – long-term of durability of 10 years - extensibility 125%. Film finish: gloss white with positionable activated by pressure adhesive Comply™ version 3. It has invisible venting channels facilitating and accelerating the application.
The film surface absorbs print perfectly, giving homogeneous coverage, subtle shading and sharp contours of images. Outstanding, the largest in the market, film flexibility makes the product perfect both for applications on the most difficult surface including two-way embossing. The film properties cause it is the best material applied on the most difficult vehicles. It is equipped with grey, repositionable acrylic adhesive of Controltac type, which ensures great coating properties of the film without cover gaps. The adhesive is activated by pressure which allows for moving the graphics during application until it is placed properly. Another asset is also fast and without adhesive remnants, removal of film from the body by heating e.g. after finishing the advertisement exposure.
Caution!
We do not recommend using the printed film on vehicles without lamination. We recommend using cast laminate. To this film we use verified cast laminate 3M™ SCOTCHCAL™ 8518 (transparent - gloss) or on request 3M™ SCOTCHCAL™ 8520 (transparent - matt). A more cost-effective solution can be also applied: cast laminate: 50 microns LamCast Ikonos (transparent - gloss) of durability of 7 years.
Application: Long-term full-colour graphics on vehicles, means of transport. Also used at large formats. It can be applied on flat, embossed and also riveted ground.

ImagePerfect™ IP 2701 perforated Window OWV Film, 60/40, 140μ is a window graphics film perforated on the whole surface. After applied on the glass, only graphics is visible from the application side. Owing to perforation, when looking from the back, we can see what is on the other side - visibility is limited only to a slight extent. Durability up to 2 years outside.
Application: This film is widely used on public transport, shopping windows, glass office elevations, showrooms and petrol stations.

LG Hausys LD4910 is 5-year old self-adhesive, polymer, white PVC film of high quality, translucent, matt intended for full-colour print in backlit graphics.
